I don't know if this question has been posted before, I don't see any thread about it here. How can you insert videos from youtube on this forum? I tried with the "code" option but no luck there. And I cannot enable HTML for the post, so I guess I cannot add the embedded code from youtube. Any suggestions?
That sounds like a lack of privileges in your case because with my user account I can do it if I enable HTML in the settings.
Please try again and if it still doesn't work then, please let me know and a programmer will take care of it.

I try to look for it under my setting, but can not finded it in the sub tabs , there nothing about HTML under the sub tabes in the settings, I might be overlooking it or looking in the wrong place.
