Is volleyball for girls or guys?

Since I was a kid, the P.E. teacher was always a woman and she would always make us play volleyball. Girls enjoyed it, but most guys didn't. I didn't. But apparently there are also boys professionally playing the game, thus the question:

Is volleyball for girls or guys mostly?

What's your say?

When I was a kid growing up in elementry we had both guys and gals. But as the years went by it seems like its more for girls than guys. I used to like it but not anymore.

Really?! I never thought that there are many sports that are particular to men or women. I mean unless you need the things that make women and men (and i think i am talking about some sort of involvement of the genitalia) different to play that game, i don't see why the other gender can't play that game.
On the other hand sports like badminton or monopoly are kind of girly and should be treated as such.
I'm joking, backgammon is girly too.

In school we often played it and we liked it. I remember that the boys also played volleyball and they also quite enjoyed it ... they preferred soccer or basketball more but volleyball never was a "girly-sport". I think those who think so watched too much kids TV ... because there you can always watch a girl group playing volleyball...
