No, there are not over. In fact they were requested in time, funds were ready for the taking but seems that the person in charge was unavailable... again.

I don't think these tourney is over becuase it would be quite sad for the player in Bonusbonusbonus and usually when is over I think Romaine will information about that.
There is many PokerStars staffs there so why is it only one that are in charged in this one.

Yeah I'm usually always getting issuer with tickets but now it seem like I doesn't have any tickets so I would like to ask the same question so when is these tickets going to be issuer?

If I remember well the tickets were usually issued on Thursdays or Fridays. I guess some patience is in order.

That is again tooo weird. I was told all players who were manually credited the tickets before would get them until the end of 2010 at least without the me naming them every time. Used to work well but this time sth went wrong aparently.

A lot of inconveniences lately, card rooms are getting sloppy. Sorry about that, I will get in touch and fix it for further events.

Right, there is a Pokerstars problem that I cannot yet relate to. 4 freerolls were requested and paid for. One showed up in the client and I guess it took place but the others disappeared again?! I AGAIN have to investigate in this matter and am truly sorry about the inconvenience. I understand your frustration and will get back to you once this is solved.

romaine thank you very much, you know I talk to tech support and they told me that my ticket had expired in April and therefore could not play the freerolls which will not be the problem so I would not give it another look I told them I was bbb list and that's what they told me thanks for your help and I hope now, if you play the next Saturday freeroll passes through another see a good week and sorry to bother you much good luck for everyone atently boloban25
