No, let me say it one more time: the regular $100 freerolls are not over.

I realise that it may seem that way since a lot of them have been cancelled or not been installed in time lately but they will be back as soon as we will have finally gotten rid of the miscommunications that recently ocurred with the 2 poker rooms in question. Once that is taken care of we will also be able to host another set of $30 freerolls with password protection. They had to be cancelled a few weeks ago due to technical problems with our servers. They are still on hold as we have to do thorough testing for the time being.

That said, sorry for the inconvenience - again...

The problem is that they made a mistake. I gave you a response about it but it is not in my hands at all. Pokerstars must do all changes on their end.

The support of Pokerstars has got nothing to do with our tournaments. That is an entirely different department as they only deal with players and not with website's promos and deals like offered by us.

Anyways, I have discussed this today with our account manager and the freerolls will be up again on Saturday next week which is June 19th - same time, same station - in the private tournament lobby, starting at 7pm CET.

I have requested to add your username again to the list of players who will be manually be added and it should be alright from now on. Don't ask what happened because it is too hard to explain. I'd need a degree in rocket science that I don't have (no degree at all for that matter), so sorry about that

And please do not take this personally. I can relate to you being sad about missing out on a few freerolls but that isn't an injustice as you like to call it ever so often

It is merely a result of you being manually added and not automatically as the BBB members are. And whatever happens manually can be forgotten or screwed up by human error. That's what happened. Sorry.
