Is it a crazy time at PS or is it just me?

Is it a crazy time at PS or is it just me?

I generally play about 1000-1500 hands of poker on the cash tables a week over at PS.
A lot of the time it seems as As and Ks blow around like leaves in the autum wind, but the last couple weeks it seems CRAZY over there.

Almost 8 of 10 hands have had 1 or 2 As or Ks or both...numerous AAKK rag.
I've seen 4 sets of Quads.

Just numerous numerous Hi hands. Seems more than usual. I mean I've seen more straights and flushes cracked than I can ever remember

Its not that getting my butt handed to me for 2 weeks has me whining, ( My BR management keeps me safe).
Its that I dont remember seeing it this crazy in the year I've been playing.

It is kind of exciting seeing so many monster hands, although I may need to take a break and play some SnGs because the players are more and more seeming to play the cash games like maniacs in a Freeroll. 8o 8o 8o 8o

Just want to see if anyone else is seeing the same thing?

I'm never stick to cash game table, don't know but I feel like a lot of bad beats there.
So I'm stick to play with SNG Multi Table & Single Tables.
If I want to play quick I go with 6-max tables.

Yeah Blackbird, maybe I'll try what your doing with the SnGs to slow down my game and breath a bit.
Its hard to break the desire and feeling of taking down a large multi-player pot of cash.

Of course on the other side, losing a weeks worth of grinding in a 3-4 hour session is not a good feeling.

Dreamy, I've noticed the last couple days since I posted ,the boards have slowed down 4 me. I've evan made up half my draw down,

Hey...Thanks for your responses guys...Have a good week and good luck to you.

It is impossible (forbidden) to get rakeback at Pokerstars. No website is allowed to actively offer or promote it... however they have implemented a new VIP points system lately which is equivalent to about 40% rakeback so you guys are in good hands at PS ;)

If you still want to get real rakeback, get in touch with me and I'll explain how you'll get in on Full Tilt Poker.

This is the full list with all rakeback rooms!

As for Carp's question: I don't see anything wrong with cards goint crazy at PS. I have played quite a bit lately and I got pretty good cards all the time with only my own stupidity preventing me from actually making really good money ;)

This is true. and being an Internet novice when I sat up an Acct. I had
never heard of rakeback. Had never been on a poker chat site. Or for
that matter didnt evan think Internet Poker was as big a deal as it is.
Therefore
I was not aware of various bonuses that were available.
Roman is
correct on that vip program at PS, as I could trade in some of my vip
points for cash, so thats kind of cool.
