What is Click2Pay?

Click2Pay is an online payment method, with which customers set up a Click2Pay account in order to be able to carry out their online payments comfortably in real-time.

The advantage of paying with Click2Pay is that no personal details, such as credit card information, have to be unnecessarily disclosed over the internet.

How can I open a Click2Pay account?

In order to be able to make use of the services of Click2pay, new customers must first open a free Click2Pay account. In doing so, the e-mail address, bank account details and/or details of other payment methods to which the invoice amount should be charged are indicated. After a few minutes the user will be contacted by telephone for the verification of personal details. The user subsequently receives a password and a personal account number (PAN). The user name is nothing other than the specified e-mail address.

Every customer then receives a "Star-Rating" from Click2Pay of between 1 and 6 stars according to their financial standing. The more often the account is used, the more stars you can earn over the course of time.

The account is ready to be used immediately following a successful registration, without having to make a deposit beforehand.

How can I transfer money with Click2pay?

In order to make a purchase or, for example, charge-up a players account on an online poker casino, casino or bookmaker, just the e-mail address of the Click2Pay customer and his or her personal Click2Pay account number (PAN) have to be entered into the payment window of the online vendor. With that the customer authorizes Click2Pay to forward the amount to the payment provider that was indicated during registration.

How can I receive money with Click2Pay?

It is also possible to receive money after specifying the required details in the Click2Pay payment window of an online vendor.

However, it is unfortunately not currently possible (May, 2008), for example, in the case of a winnings disbursement, to have money paid out. The money will be directly credited to the account and can then at least be forwarded to another online retailer.

How can I have money from my Click2Pay account be paid out?

Unfortunately, payouts are not currently carried out at Click2Pay (As of May, 2008).

How high are the fees on Click2Pay?

Sending money over Click2Pay itself is free of charge for the user. However transaction costs can be incurred on the side of the credit card company (Visa, MasterCard) or other payment provider.
Click2Pay account holders will be charged appropriate fees in the same way should a chargeback be necessary.

What limits does Click2Pay set?

The spending limits are set individually for each customer and depend on the extent of coverage of the bank account or alternatively the credit limit of the credit card.

What currencies can the Click2Pay account be managed in?

Currently, the Click2Buy account can only be managed in euros.

What languages is the Click2Pay website available in?

The global website is in English for all countries; however language-specific versions have been created for the following countries:

China, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom

Can anyone open a Click2buy account?

The Click2Buy service unfortunately cannot be used by citizens of the following countries:

Afghanistan, Cuba, Djibouti, Ghana, Iraq, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, USA

Where can I pay with Click2Pay?

Electronic wallets such as Click2Pay have proven themselves as a good means of paying online. Both online merchants as well as established gaming providers such as William Hill Casino accept Click2Pay.

Security

Click2Pay attempts to safeguard its customer data as ideally as possible.

Personal data are relayed exclusively over SSL-connections and are stored in a monitored environment.
