Customer Support

Absolute’s customer support can be reached around the clock via e-mail and you can expect to get a response quickly.

Player Count & Competition

Absolute Poker has a solid client base and can therefore guarantee a very large number of players at all times. At peak times, up to 25,000 players can be found online. Between 1,500 and 2,000 of them are active in real money games; up to 10,000 participants may sign up for tournaments.

The players at Absolute Poker are very experienced compared to other online poker rooms, especially those playing mid to high stakes games.

However, the many promotions and bad beat jackpots attract many players who are new to the online poker scene. For those with experience, this means higher chances of winning.

Software & Security

Absolute uses CEREUS software, which you can download right away. All transactions are protected by cutting edge encryption technology to offer players the best possible security and confidentiality.

The poker room has given security the utmost priority. Consequently, fraudulent behavior is not only prosecuted and treated with zero tolerance, but Absolute also uses high-tech methods to track down and eliminate any attempts at team play and fraud long before honest players can actually be taken advantage of.

To make sure that the software grants all players fair conditions, the random number generator and shuffling program used by the poker room are frequently inspected by independent auditing agencies. The security certificate can be viewed on its homepage.

Tutoring & Software Introduction

Although Absolute Poker does not offer customers a dedicated poker school as such, you will find a summary of the rules of poker, an online glossary, as well as an introduction to poker etiquette by clicking on the “Getting Started” button on the poker room’s homepage.

Players who want to systematically immerse themselves into all there is to know about poker can do so by reading their way through the rich supply of professional articles about the game, its rules, as well as great strategy tips that will help make you a downright poker expert.
