Conversion
After a successful try the attacking team is entitled to kick the ball from any thought line between the touchline and the point in which the attempt succeeded.
Dropkick
When a player succeeds in kicking the ball over the cross bar while running.
Line-Out
At least two players of each team form a lane and between both rows the ball is thrown in.
Maul
Maul is a bundle which is formed if several players of both teams draw in on the ball-carrying player.
Ruck
A scrum; one or several players of both teams are opposing each other and unite around the ball lying on the ground. Then they try to push themselves away mutually by means of body contact.
Scrum
The arranged and open scrum where the forwards of a team close in around the own ball-leading player.
Tackle
The player in ball possession goes to ground after being grabbed by an opponent.
Try
A try is reached if a player succeeds in putting the ball in the opposing in-goal area.
