Odds and Stakes

For an even tennis match, the odds are about 1.80 : 1.80. The odds at this bookmaker though, are only shown in the European (decimal) format.

The minimum stakes according to Fortuna are 2 PLN (in Poland), 10 CZK (in the Czech Republic), 0.01 EUR (in Slovakia) and 2 HRK (in Croatia).

Loyalty Program

Fortuna offers a loyalty program known as “Fortuna Klub +”. To become a member, all you have to do is drop-off the completed form at one of the betting shops.

As soon as you have received your customer card, you can start collecting points. These can then be traded in for bonuses, the sports magazine “Fortuna,” text messages, and various other rewards (smaller items such as pencils and lighters but also wine and poker accessories as well as iPods and computer screens).

Deposits and Withdrawals

Online customers can make deposits onto the so-called “I-Konto” via bank transfers. Under the menu option “I-Konto” on the Czech and Slovak versions of the website, you will find all the information required to make an international transfer, including IBAN and BIC (SWIFT) code.

The winnings can either be paid out onto the player’s bank account or in cash at any branch. Payouts at Fortuna are processed within 20 minutes.

In Poland and Croatia, withdrawals can only be carried out at a branch office.

The amount you win is calculated by multiplying the stated odds and the wager amount. Paying a 10% tax on the winnings is the responsibility of the player.

For example: if you bet 100 PLN, the odds are 1.5. The winnings are calculated as follows:

100 PLN x 1.5 x 90% = 135 PLN

Customer Service

The customer service team can be contacted by filling out the contact form, which can be found on the respective website. What is more, a hotline has been set up for Czech and Slovak customers.
