The English support team can be reached 24/7, German and Swedish staff is available during the day.

Furthermore, the website offers a very helpful FAQ page as well as troubleshooting tips.

Player Count & Competition

Since UltimateBet is one of the best-established poker rooms, player numbers at cash games are always relatively high (approximately 3,000).

At peak times, more than 18,000 players participate in tournaments, so all the different types of games and tournaments that are offered by the poker room can be played at any time.

Game play tends to be rather cautious, and the average poker skills of UltimateBet players are significantly higher than in most other poker rooms, especially at games with higher stakes.

Yet, due to the offer of other games such as Blackjack and Roshambo (“Rock, Paper, Scissors”), a considerable number of less experienced players is also drawn to the website.

Software & Security

CEREUS software is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (Canada) and offers its users excellent financial security.

By clicking on the support button on the website, players can access a protocol of the latest software updates and even choose their preferred firewall.

The protection of all personal player data is of great importance to UltimateBet, which uses only the most advanced encryption methods, similar to those employed by banks.

To guarantee fair playing conditions for everyone, UltimateBet uses highly developed random number generators for shuffling and dealing the cards. These RNGs are regularly controlled by independent auditors.

In order to detect fraudulent behaviour as soon as possible and take appropriate measures, UltimateBet keeps a close watch over all of the goings-on in the poker casino.

To make the measures taken by UltimateBet for a safe playing atmosphere transparent, an extensive section of the website is dedicated to explaining all the precautions to the poker room’s users.

You are welcome to download the UltimateBet Poker software through our website.
